BRUSSELS, June 15 (Hina) - Croatian Parliament President Vladimir Seksand the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the BelgianParliament, Herman de Croo, met in Brussels on Tuesday and signed adeclaration of intent to establish cooperation between the twoparliaments. Council of Europe Human Rights CommissionerAlvaro Gil Robles has expressed hope that the meeting of the EuropeanCouncil in Brussels later this week will be successful for Croatia. Croatia expects the final declaration of theNATO summit in Istanbul in late June to send a clear signal that NATOhas recognised Croatia's progress in reforms and the process ofintegration with NATO, Croatian Defence Minister Berislav Roncevicsaid after meeting his French counterpart Michelle Alliot-Marie inParis on Tuesday.
