Prime Minister Ivo Sanader told reporters that Zagreb and Rijeka would
be linked with a highway for the first time in June this year.
The government also supported the modernisation of the Rijeka port,
the Trsat university campus project and the university hospital
project.
PM Sanader also met representatives of the City of Rijeka and
Primorje-Gorski Kotar County and attended a session of the Commission
for the Construction of Public Roads.
