The summit will mark the end of Bosnia-Herzegovina's one-year
presidency of the Southeastern Europe Cooperation Process (SEECP), in
which Croatia participates as an observer.
Bosnian National Coordinator for the SEECP Milovan Blagojevic said
that Croatia was expected to join the project as a full member at the
summit.
Topic and Blagojevic said that the SEECP had contributed to
stabilising the region and strengthening democracy through various
projects and forms of cooperation.
