Sanader said that with a positive opinion from the European Commission
on Croatia's EU membership application, which is expected to be issued
later today, and with the granting of candidate status in June and
setting of a date for entry talks, the position of Croatia would
change dramatically.
"That will be a definitive message to foreign investors that Croatia
is a stable country in which they will be able to do business over a
long period of time," Sanader said.
