MOSTAR MOSTAR, April 13 (Hina) - The international cultural event "Days of Matica Hrvatska Mostar 2004" was opened in the southern Bosnian city of Mostar on Monday. The event, which promotes the most important Croatian cultural
institution, is held under the auspices of the Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Culture Ministry of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, and the Croatian Culture Ministry.
MOSTAR, April 13 (Hina) - The international cultural event "Days of
Matica Hrvatska Mostar 2004" was opened in the southern Bosnian city
of Mostar on Monday. The event, which promotes the most important
Croatian cultural institution, is held under the auspices of the
Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Culture Ministry of the
Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, and the Croatian Culture Ministry.#L#
A member of Bosnia's collective presidency, Dragan Covic, opened the
event, which will feature some 30 theatre and literary performances
and art exhibitions.
The art director of the event, which will last until June 30, is
Zagreb conductor Vjekoslav Sutej.
The opening ceremony was also attended by Croatian Ambassador to
Bosnia Josip Vrbosic.
