BELGRADE, April 9 (Hina) - An agreement under which ICTY convicts could serve a prison sentence in the country they come from would be possible if the condition of full cooperation with the hague tribunal is met. This does not refer
only to Serbia, but to Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, advisor to the ICTY Chief Prosecutor Anton Nikiforov said on Friday stressing that such a bilateral agreement would be signed at the highest level, with the consent of the UN Security Council which founded the ICTY.
