him. He is due to go to The Hague on Monday.#L#
Pusic declined to make any comments after picking up the indictment at
the Croatian government's Office for Cooperation with International
Courts in Zagreb.
His attorney Marinko Skobic declined to comment on the indictment
because it is sealed and did not want to say what his client was
charged with. He confirmed that Pusic and five other former Bosnian
Croat officials were flying to The Hague on Monday.
Skobic said his client was travelling to the Netherlands at his own
personal risk as last week he underwent a complex spine operation in
Slovenia.
"He was discharged from hospital yesterday at his request (to) refute
all speculation that he was unavailable and was avoiding the
indictment," Skobic said.
