Mesic and Shaaban agreed that political ties between Croatia and Egypt
were good, adding that economic relations should be further promoted.
They also discussed the situation in Southeast Europe and the Middle
East. Mesic reiterated his invitation to Egyptian President Hosni
Mubarak to visit Croatia.
