ZAGREB, March 10 (Hina) - Croatia's President Stjepan Mesic on Wednesday received the outgoing British and Greek ambassadors, Nicholas Jarrold and Dimitris Vidouris respectively, the Office of the President reported.

Mesic thanked both diplomats for their great contribution to the
development of Croatian-British and Croatian-Greek relations.
During the talks with Jarrold, President Mesic and the British
Ambassador reiterated that it was necessary for Croatia to meet all
criteria for membership in the European Union, particularly the one
referring to Zagreb's cooperation with the Hague-based UN war crimes
tribunal.
Mesic thanked Greek Ambassador Vidouris for his contribution and the
Greek support to Croatia and its application for EU membership.
