PARIS, March 25 (Hina) - Cardinal Roger Etchegeray and the leader of the Islamic community in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Mufti Mustafa Ceric, received UNESCO'S Felix Houphouet-Boigny peace award in Paris on Thursday.

The were selected for the award for promoting tolerance and peace and
contributing to dialogue between religions, said former US Secretary
of State and Nobel Peace Prize winner Henry Kissinger.
Etchegeray has been the Pope's envoy in many crisis areas, including
Iraq. Mustafa Ceric has been the Chief Mufti in Bosnia since 1993.
