ZAGREB, March 23 (Hina) - If construction inspectors establish that

building a house on the island of Krk, he will be expected to tender
his resignation to the government until its next session, scheduled
for Friday, the government's spokesman, Ratko Macek, said on Tuesday.#L#
Macek said the Ivo Sanader cabinet was expecting the findings of the
local construction inspection before it decided on its next move
regarding Jordanic's case, which hit headlines in Croatia in recent
days.
According to the media, Jordanic began constructing a house on Krk
without applying for necessary building permits.
The next government session is set for Friday instead of Wednesday,
when the government regularly convenes, as Prime Minister Ivo Sanader
will be in Vienna on Wednesday to attend the European People's Party
(EPP) Study Days.
