ZAGREB, March 12 (Hina) - The anniversary of the assassination of
Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic is being marked in Belgrade on
Friday by a number of events. Djindjic was killed outside the

In accordance with a decision adopted by the Serbian Parliament, a
part of Belgrade's central square will be called "Plato Dr. Zoran"
Djindjic. Delegations of the Vojislav Kostunica government and former
government led by Djindjic will lay wreaths at the memorial plaque
outside the government building where Djinmdjic was killed.
The late PM was buried on March 15, last year and his funeral was
attended by more than 70 foreign delegations and several hundred
thousand citizens.
