but for him personally as well.

that the death of Macedonian President Boris Trajkovski was tragic not
only for Macedonia but for him personally as well.#L#
He was my good friend and I deeply sympathise with you, Solana said
after talks with Macedonian Prime Minister Branko Crvenovski and
parliament head Ljupce Jordanovski who is also Macedonia's acting
president.
In these tragic moment everybody needs friends and I assure you that
you have a lot of them in the world, especially in the European Union,
Solana said and added that Macedonia's citizens could count on the
EU's assistance in the future.
Crvenovki and Jordanovki thanked Solana on the support and voiced
confidence that even in circumstances like these state institutions
were functioning normally.
