"In the period while I was Zagreb Mayor and a minister, my husband's
engineering company did not do any job for the city or the country,"
reads a press release issued by Minister Marina Matulovic Dropulic
responding to media articles which read that allegedly one of reports
on the conflict of interest to the relevant commission covered her
case.
The minister said she believed that the commission for the prevention
of conflict of interest would start working as soon as possible.
She also commented on various data in the media on the number of
shares she held in the Croatian Construction Institute (IGH).
"My shares make up 0.94 percent of the overall number of shares or
1,497 of 158,580 shares. I got the them as one of 930 current and
former employees of the IGH," the minister wrote in the press
