war crimes indictees Ratko Mladic and Radovan Karadzic appeared in the

The posters, which read 'Serb Heroes', contain no sign or information
as to which organisation printed and put them up in the city centre.
The war-time Bosnian Serb leaders Karadzic and Mladic, who are wanted
by the UN war crimes tribunal, have been on the run for several
years.
