ZAGREB, Feb 4(Hina) - The 7th session of the Croatian-Indian Committee on Economic Cooperation ended in Zagreb on Wednesday with the signing of a Protocol on Cooperation, the Croatian Economy and Entrepreneurship Ministry said in a
statement.

on Economic Cooperation ended in Zagreb on Wednesday with the signing
of a Protocol on Cooperation, the Croatian Economy and
Entrepreneurship Ministry said in a statement.#L#
The protocol, which should facilitate the promotion of the two
countries' economic cooperation, was signed by the state secretary in
the Croatian Economy Ministry, Vladimir Vrankovic and the special
secretary in the Indian Trade and Industry Ministry, S.N. Menon.
Croatian Economy Minister Branko Vukelic expressed satisfaction with
the work of the joint committee, saying that progress had been made in
advancing the two countries' cooperation. Vukelic also held talks with
Indian businessmen.
Menon expressed satisfaction with successful Croatia-India business
talks in Zagreb. He said there was room for the expansion of
cooperation, particularly in tourism, the chemistry industry and
information technology and the pharmaceutical industry. The Indian
businessmen also expressed interest in Croatia's seaports.
