ZAGREB, Jan 27(Hina) - A state secretary at the Croatian Foreign Ministry, Hido Biscevic, on Tuesday received Israeli Ambassador to Croatia Yael Rubinstein, whose offices are in Vienna.

Ministry, Hido Biscevic, on Tuesday received Israeli Ambassador to
Croatia Yael Rubinstein, whose offices are in Vienna.#L#
Ambassador Rubinstein thanked for commemorations of the Holocaust
Remembrance Day that were held in Croatian schools today, the Croatian
ministry reported. She positively assessed relations between her
country and Croatia and voiced hope that bilateral ties would be
enhanced in the fields of culture and economy.
Biscevic presented the guidelines of Croatia's foreign and home
policies with emphasis on the country's bid to join the European Union
and relations among neighbouring countries in south-eastern Europe.
