regional conference and that it was "an error if the invitations state

"The Assembly is neither the organiser nor the co-organiser of the
regional conference since it would need to make a decision about it,"
she told Hina when asked to comment on today's claims from the
chairmen of the Assembly clubs of deputies of the Croatian True
Revival, the Croatian Bloc, and the Croatian Party of Rights.
Palikovic-Gruden said the conference was organised by the
Serbia-Montenegrin Novi Sad-based NGO Centre for Regionalism and the
Zagreb-based Civic Committee for Human Rights, with support from the
German Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
"As chairwoman of the Zagreb City Assembly, I welcomed at the regional
conference my colleagues from Belgrade and Sarajevo."
Palikovic-Gruden said she supported conferences on tolerance among
people, human rights and cooperation between cities.
She went on to say that an agreement on interethnic cooperation, which
was put forward by the Novi Sad Centre for Regionalism, was not signed
today because it had not passed in the Belgrade, Zagreb and Sarajevo
city authorities and assemblies.
