ZAGREB, Jan 14 (Hina) - The Potrosac (Consumer) society asked on Wednesday that the government and Croatian Telecom (HT) deliver to the Zagreb Municipal Court the concession contract between the government and Deutsche Telekom, which
has not been made public yet.

Wednesday that the government and Croatian Telecom (HT) deliver to the
Zagreb Municipal Court the concession contract between the government
and Deutsche Telekom, which has not been made public yet.#L#
Potrosac has sued the government and HT over what it claims are
unlawful subscription rates and tariffs in fixed telephony.
The contract regulated changes to the tariff system which Potrosac
claims are contentious, it was said at today's hearing.
Attorneys representing Potrosac asked for an expert opinion which is
expected to establish whether the tariff system was changed after
Deutsche Telekom bought interest in HT, to the detriment of users.
