The programme, consisting of six stimulating measures, cost the
government 400 million kuna or slightly above 9,000 kuna per job,
Crnkovic Pozaic told reporters.
She said she would propose to the new government a programme to create
more jobs which the HZZ was preparing in cooperation with British
experts within 'The National Action Plan for Employment'.
The new programme will cover young persons with high school education
and older people with poor education background. In addition, the
training of other jobless persons should continue, she told
reporters.
Other categories of jobless persons, including those with university
education, are usually unemployed for a short period of time and only
need good information on jobs.
