The Council consists of the president and 12 members representing relevant ministries and institutions, including Interior Minister Ivica Kirin, Agriculture Minister Petar Cobankovic, Environment Minister Marina Matulovic Dropulic, Chief State Auditor Sima Krasic and the State Secretary of the Central Office for the Development Strategy, Martina Dalic.
