"This means that the state will be involved in the process through the institution of amici curiae, as it has been involved in the process regarding the referral of the Ademi-Norac case to Croatia," the minister told reporters at a meeting held in Zagreb on the occasion of the international day of fight against corruption.
Skare-Ozbolt reiterated that the Government last year in June appointed a council of amici curiae and analysed the indictment against generals Mladen Markac, Ivan Cermak and Ante Gotovina.
The Council has prepared material to contest unacceptable evidence from the indictment and gathered a lot of documents which will be forwarded to all parties in the process, the minister said.
