The seminar, organised with the financial assistance of the OSCE Mission to Croatia, pooled 60 representatives of ethnic minorities from six Croatian counties.
On that occasion, a representative of the ethnic Albanians in Osijek County, said that about 1,000 Albanians living in that part of Croatia were satisfied with the financial support and other kinds of support offered by local authorities.
A representative of the ethnic Germans said that this minority was satisfied with the support provided by the city and county of Osijek.
A representative of the Roma minority cited as a problem the fact that "a majority of the Roma are not employed and Roma children do not pursue secondary-school and university education".
