Bektasevic, a Swedish citizen, was arrested in Bosnia on 19 October with a Turkish citizen, Abdulkadir Cesir.
Swedish prosecutors are now investigating whether Bektasevic has had accomplices in Bosnia.
Last week, another two persons were nabbed in the Sarajevo area on suspicion of helping Bektasevic and Cesir in planning terrorist attacks.
Neither the police nor the State Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina, which ruled month-long detention for Bekatasevic and Cesir, have revealed the identity of the other two men.
However, a daily from Banja Luka reported that the suspected accomplices are Almir Bajric from Sarajevo and Bajro Ikanovic from the eastern town of Bratunac.
Upon their arrest it was reported that the two men had performed paramilitary activities on Mount Igman near Sarajevo.
The EU police force in Bosnia, EUFOR, which on Saturday carried out a thorough investigation and a search on the mountain reported today that no equipment, arms or terrorist training camps had been discovered on Mount Igman.
