Mizsai congratulated the minister on Croatia's having started accession talks with the European Union. He informed her of the reason of his visit to Zagreb, namely to present the second issue of the quarterly "Development and Transition", which is dedicated to the issue of migrations and minorities in Southeastern European countries, the Community of Independent States and the new EU member-countries, reads the statement.
The quarterly is issued by the UNDP and the London School of Economics.
The two officials said the UNDP and Croatia wanted to advance their good cooperation.
