Sanader held talks with Slovak Prime Minister Mikulas Dzurinda and other officials of the European People's Party.
Spokesman for the Croatian Government Ratko Macek told Hina over the phone that Sanader met Dzurinda immediately after arriving in Bratislava.
The Croatian PM then addressed participants in the conference which was also attended by former prime ministers and leading Christian Democrats from Estonia and Poland.
Sanader also met leaders of the Croatian cultural alliance, the umbrella organisation of Croats in Slovakia.
Croatian President Stjepan Mesic officially visited Slovakia earlier this month and held talks with his Slovak counterpart, Ivan Gasparovic, and PM Dzurinda.
