cooperation with several state institutions by the end of this year plans to
draw up and present a new operation plan for the privatisation of the entire
state portfolio and sent to a government procedure draft amendments to the
privatisation law or draw up new legal solutions aimed at imporving the
privatisation process and state property management. A deputy Prime
Minister and head of the Croatian Privatisation Fund's Steering Committee Damir

on Thursday.
A task force, comprised of representatives of several ministries, the
Privatisation Fund, the State Prosecutor's Office, faculties of law and
economics, has been set up with an aim to implement a more efficient state
property management. Polancec said the task force would analyse insufficiencies
of the existing privatisation act and try to find ways to improve it.
They will also draw up legal solutions for the privatisation
