The meeting took place before the signing of a declaration re-establishing a ferry line between Vukovar and the town of Bac in the neighbouring Serbian province of Vojvodina.
Speaking to reporters after the closed-door meeting, Labus said he was satisfied that ethnic Serbs had integrated into Croatian society at the political, cultural and social levels, which he said was proven by their participation in government bodies at all levels.
MP Stanimirovic briefly told reporters that they also discussed the return of refugees and tenancy rights.
