GONG leader Suzana Jasic said at a news conference on Monday the said conclusion was contrary to the Constitutional Law on the Rights of National Minorities, which states that official population census results on the number of members of national minorities in a local unit must be adjusted before every election to possible changes in the last voters register of that local unit.

statutes to the ConstitutionalLaw on the Rights of National Minorities and the Law on LocalElections according to the 2001 population census, rather than thevoters register, which GONG considers unconstitutional and unlawful.
