Croatian president receives credentials from ambassadors of Denmark, Moldova, Norway

ZAGREB, Oct 5 (Hina) - Croatian President Stjepan Mesic on Wednesdayreceived credentials from the newly-appointed ambassadors of Denmark,Moldova and Norway, the Office of the President said in a pressrelease.
ZAGREB, Oct 5 (Hina) - Croatian President Stjepan Mesic on Wednesday received credentials from the newly-appointed ambassadors of Denmark, Moldova and Norway, the Office of the President said in a press release.

Mesic favourably assessed the level of cooperation Croatia had reached with the three countries, expressing hope that their relations would continue to develop, especially in the economic sector.

Ambassadors Elisabeth Walaas of Norway and Berno Kjeldsen of Denmark congratulated Croatia on starting talks on full membership of the European Union and pledged the full support of their governments in the course of the talks.

Moldovan Ambassador Valeriu Bobutac thanked Croatia for its support to Moldova in international and European integration processes, and conveyed sincere greetings from President Vladimir Voronin, who is due in Zagreb next week for a working visit.

Bobutac said that during his term in office he would do his best to enhance economic cooperation between Moldova and Croatia, according to the press release.
