The congress, organised by the Croatian Defence Ministry and the U.S. Applied Science and Analysis agency, pooled about 250 experts from the United State and European Union member-countries who are discussing models for the prevention of proliferation of mass destruction weapons, personal and collective protection, decontamination, and chemical, biological and radioactive arms.
