The price of land is significantly affected by the vicinity of the sea.

The average price of 130 euros per square metre in Crikvenica refers to the average land size of 790 square metres.

The average land being sold on the island of Krk is 904 square metres at 75 euros per square metre.

In Kostrena, one of the most attractive areas for construction, the land on offer is an average 1,480 square metres at 66 euros per square metre.

One square metre of land in Icici is 51 euros and the average size of the land on offer is 2,200 square metres.

In Matulji, Rukavac or Veprinec, one square metre of land is an average 46 euros, in Lovran 45 euros, and in Kastav or Rubesi 44 euros. The average land in Matulji, Rukavac or Veprinac is 1,993 square metres, in Lovran 1,438 square metres, and in Kastav or Rubesi 2,588 square metres.
