ZAGREB, July 21 (Hina) - The first Croatian police officers who
took part in a UN peace mission, Damir Hrlic, returned to Croatia on Thursday
after a six month-long mission in East Timor, the Croatian Interior Ministry
said in a statement. During the first four months in East Timor,
Hrlic worked as a counsellor in the migration office in the airport in Dili,
after which he was appointed head of the police team in one of the provinces
bordering with Indonesia, where he was in charge of border issues.
Hrlic will be replaced by a 27 year pold policeman from Istra, rober
Krizanic.
