The causes of the standstill will be addressed at a meeting with Prime Minister Ivo Sanader and members of his cabinet on Tuesday, Pupovac announced at a press conference in the eastern town of Vukovar following a session of the SDSS Main Board.
"This standstill and the failure to deal with the provisions of the agreement is equally dangerous for the government and for us," Pupovac said.
Despite the agreement, 887 housing units have not yet been returned to Croatian citizens of Serb ethnicity, not a penny has been spent on finding accommodation for former tenancy right holders, and all the funds allocated for the reconstruction of 3,500 war-damaged houses for this year have been spent, he said.
"The Prime Minister has publicly demonstrated his responsibility for the return of the property. It is the beginning of July now and the deadline for the return of the property was the end of last year," Pupovac said and added: "There's no time to wait anymore."
