ROME, June 14 (Hina) - Croatia opened an Honorary Consulate in theItalian city of Padua on Tuesday. The Croatian Ambassador to Italy,Drago Kraljevic, presented Dr. Nela Srsen with a letter from PresidentStjepan Mesic appointing her
Honorary Consul.
ROME, June 14 (Hina) - Croatia opened an Honorary Consulate in the
Italian city of Padua on Tuesday. The Croatian Ambassador to Italy, Drago
Kraljevic, presented Dr. Nela Srsen with a letter from President Stjepan Mesic
appointing her Honorary Consul. The opening ceremony was attended by
the Croatian Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mira Martinec, and the
President of the Region of Veneto, Giancarlo Galan.
This is the fourth Croatian honorary consulate in Italy, along with
those in Naples, Bari and Montemitro in the region of Molise, which has an
ethnic Croatian population.
