The document regulates cooperation between the Croatian and British governments in the implementation of the Police in the Community strategy with an emphasis on prevention of juvenile delinquency and the intensified application of the strategy in Vukovar-Sirmium and Sisak-Moslavina counties.
The document will help in the adjustment of rules and practice in the field of treatment of crime victims to the European Union standards and in the adjustment of judicial programmes for the rehabilitation of juvenile delinquents.
