Apart from the Bosnia-Herzegovina Army wartime commander, retired General Rasim Delic, the UN court has indicted former state presidency member Ejup Ganic, the commander of the army's Third Corps, general Sakib Mahmuljin, and Edhem Godinjak, wartime police chief in Tarcin near Sarajevo, according to BHT 1.
It said the indictments against the three were expected to be sent from The Hague by the end of the week.
What the indictments will specifically refer to is not known, although it is known that Ganic was virtually the deputy of state presidency chairman Alija Izetbegovic during the war, and that Mahmuljin headed the corps which included El Mujahedeen, a unit comprising volunteers from Islamic countries.
Delic was indicted on command responsibility for crimes committed by said unit.
Godinjak might be linked to crimes committed in a prisoner camp in Tarcin. Many of the former prisoners, mostly Serbs, have testified about killings and torture.
