Zuzul has been chosen as a representative of Southeast European countries and states hosting OSCE field missions.
The decision to establish the panel was made at a Ministerial Council meeting in Sofia last December with the intention that respectable and experienced foreign policy officials would work on strengthening the effectiveness of OSCE structures, the statement said.
The purpose of the panel is to address future challenges, give new impetus to political dialogue and provide strategic vision for the Organisation in the 21st century.
This advisory body will hold its first meeting this month in Ljubljana and Vienna.
