OSIJEK, Dec 22 (Hina) - Two bodies, of a man and a woman, were exhumed in Osijek's main cemetery on Friday as part of an investigation in the so-called Sellotape case involving war crimes against Serb civilians in this eastern city in 1991.

The bodies were exhumed from two separate grave sites which were marked by plain wooden crosses that lay on the ground.

Osijek County Court investigating judge Mario Kovac said that the results of DNA tests would be sent to the Department for War Detainees and Missing Persons which has a comprehensive database.

The existence of the graves was revealed by a witness in the case at a recent court hearing. No other details were available because the investigation was being conducted in secrecy.
