According to a survey that the office recently published, Croatian citizens are ranked high according to the use of the Internet and they lag behind the average of the 25 EU member states by only four percentage points in the general use and by eight percentage points in the regular Internet access.
The survey showed that non-financial companies in Croatia with ten or more employees accepted new information and communications technologies, but that they were insufficiently using it. The survey also shows that banks in Croatia were at the helm of the list of those using contemporary computer communications and that Croatian employees use Internet more than their colleagues in Europe.
