The Zagreb talks were held after Sanader's recent visit to the United States, where he held talks with US President George Bush. One of the topics of those talks was the constitutional reform in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The daily claims that Sanader will advocate the abolishment of the entity voting in the Bosnian state parliament.
A draft on constitutional changes, which advocates the entity voting in the Bosnian state parliament, was rejected by the state parliament in April because of opposition from the HDZ BiH and the Party for Bosnia-Herzegovina. The opponents of the draft say that the document reduces Bosnian Croats to an ethnic minority and ensures permanent division of the country.
The draft was also opposed by the country's Bishops' Conference.
The proposed constitutional changes are supported by international organisations and the US Embassy in the country.
In the meantime, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe last summer adopted a document warning that the draft constitutional changes envisaging the entity voting in the state parliament were unfair to Croats.
