Police tried to talk to Jukic today based on an order from the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, but he was not at home, and they were told by his wife that he was undergoing medical treatment, Interior Ministry spokesman Zlatko Mehun told Hina.
"Police are still looking for him to make an interview with him," he added.
During his guest appearance on the "Otvoreno" show on Thursday evening, Jukic claimed he was in possession of documents and bank statements relating to transactions from secret bank accounts intended for Croatia's defence during the 1991-1995 war.
He also said that he had a written order saying that weapons should not be sent to Vukovar.
Jukic went on to say that he was a signatory to several hitherto unknown bank accounts used for the purchase of weapons during the international arms embargo, and that he knew about other secret accounts used for the same purpose.
"I have kept all the documents," Jukic said.
