ZAGREB/BRUSSELS, Oct 2 (Hina) - The EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, Javier Solana, on Monday congratulated Bosnia-Herzegovina on implementing general elections on its own for the first time, in stead of having the internal community do it.
ZAGREB/BRUSSELS, Oct 2 (Hina) - The EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, Javier Solana, on Monday congratulated Bosnia-Herzegovina on implementing general elections on its own for the first time, in stead of having the internal community do it.

The challenges that new leaders are faced with are known, Bosnia still needs the same reforms it needed a week ago, Solana said.

The European Union is loyal to Bosnia, he said. We are ready to cooperation with any government that is truly committed to implementing reforms that Bosnia needs so as to draw closer to the European Union, Solana stressed.
