SARAJEVO, Aug 18 (Hina) - Members of NATO forces in
Bosnia-Herzegovina on Friday raided an apartment in Banja Luka and a house in
Strpci, near Prijedor, owned by Tomo Djuric, suspected of being connected with
war crimes suspects against whom the International Criminal Tribunal for the
former Yugoslavia (ICTY) issued an indictment. NATO headquarters in
Bosnia reported that Djuric is suspected of being a member of a network aiding
and abetting ICTY indictee Stojan Zupljanin.
No incidents were reported during both raids and NATO said nobody was
arrested.
NATO reiterated there was a EUR4.1 million award for anyone who helps
the arrest of the remaining six ICTY indictees still at large.
