The ship is 176 metres long, 31 metres wide, has a deadweight of 12,300 tons, can sail at 20.8 knots and transport 4,900 cars and trucks.
This was the second from a series of eight ships contracted with the Israeli company and the fourth of six planned for launching at Uljanik this year.
After the Grimaldi Group, Ray Car Carriers is the second largest buyer of Uljanik ships in recent times.
After today's launching, the keel was laid down for the third ship for the company, the Opal Leader.
