SARAJEVO, April 16 (Hina) - The international community's High Representative in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Christian Schwarz-Schilling, on Sunday reiterated the importance of the implementation of constitutional changes in the country.

According to a statement issued by the Office of the High Representative, Schwarz-Schilling called on the Legal and Constitutional Commission of the House of Representatives, that is scheduled to decide on the amendments on Tuesday, to enable the implementation of an open and frank parliamentary debate.
