The survey covered 2,000 employees who were asked to name three most attractive employers.
T-HT and T-Mobile together won the first place. If evaluated separately, the employer of the first choice is Vipnet, another telecommunication company, said Nenad Bakic, manager of the Selectio Group which includes the Moj posao web portal.
The third most desirable employer is the Agrokor food concern. It is followed by the Zagrebacka Banka, the INA oil company, the Privredna Banka Zagreb and the Pliva pharmaceutical company. Raiffeisen Bank is eighth and Siemens and Ericsson Nikola Tesla are ninth and tenth respectively.
The most important reason for the desirability of an employer was the possibility of promotion, followed by sector leadership, the overall image in the business world, salary and other financial benefits.
