ZAGREB, April 10 (Hina) - Representatives of four trade unionfederations on Monday presented Croatian Parliament Speaker VladimirSeks with a petition containing over 330,000 signatures of citizensopposing the government' sponsored package of health law reforms andthe strategy for the health system development for the period2006-2011.
ZAGREB, April 10 (Hina) - Representatives of four trade union federations on Monday presented Croatian Parliament Speaker Vladimir Seks with a petition containing over 330,000 signatures of citizens opposing the government' sponsored package of health law reforms and the strategy for the health system development for the period 2006-2011.

The said package and the strategy are on the agenda of today's parliament sitting.

At the beginning of today's session, opposition deputies asked that a debate on the strategy for the health system development and the package of health laws be postponed until an agreement with trade unions was reached .

A half-hour break was set at the request of all parliamentary benches
