The goals of the project, which was launched this January, were presented in Zagreb on Thursday by Croatia's Justice Minister Ana Lovrin, Chief State Prosecutor Mladen Bajic and the head of European Commission Delegation to Croatia, Vincent Degert.
The training will be carried out in eight areas with 24 topics.
Bajic said that the project, financed with funds from CARDS 2003 programmes, attached particular importance to EU laws, human rights and freedoms as well as to the fight against organised crime, corruption, international legal aid, ethics and the management of offices of state prosecutors.
Since 1999 the EU has helped reforms in Croatia's judiciary with over 270 million kuna having been spent through various projects.
