attempt at using and displaying insignia and salutes from the World War Two
Ustasha regime, it said in a statement on Tuesday. Contemporary
Croatia rests on the values of the Homeland War as well as on the foundations
of antifascism and resistance to all forms of totalitarianism, the statement
said.
The government calls on all components of Croatian society, notably
those with influence on youth, to nurture and promote the values on which
contemporary Europe rests, the statement said.
